Terms of Service (TOS) for Domain Hosting

Refund Policy:

  1. Upon the purchase of web hosting, users are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that the web hosting services have not been substantially utilized.
  2. Domains purchased through our service are non-refundable. Once a domain has been activated, it cannot be refunded.
  3. In the event that a customer avails a domain registration promotion along with the purchase of web hosting, and subsequently requests a refund for the web hosting service, the refund amount will be provided after deducting the cost of the domain as per the current market value.

Account Usage:

  1. Users are responsible for the content they publish on their hosted websites and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that may cause harm to the server or network, including but not limited to hacking, distribution of malware, or any other malicious activities.

Service Availability:

  1. We strive to ensure a high level of uptime for our hosting services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events.
  2. Scheduled maintenance activities may lead to temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any scheduled maintenance that may affect service availability.

Termination:

  1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates our TOS or engages in any activity that poses a threat to the stability or security of our services.
  2. Customers are responsible for backing up their data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the termination of an account due to a violation of our TOS.

Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Users are encouraged to regularly review the TOS for any updates or modifications.
